There is no need for any aggressive or damaging application methods such as high-pressure water-blasting or steam cleaning. MMC Pro is a broad-spectrum anti-viral and antibacterial disinfectant, fungicide / algaecide and cationic detergent especially developed to target black/green mould/algae and moss on all exterior hard surfaces.
MMC Pro moss and algae killer / algaecide will also kill mould and other growths within typically 2-4 days and the secondary detergent action will help to clean the treated exposed surfaces in the following weeks and months.
LONG-LASTING EFFECT
MMC Pro will typically protect against re-growth for 6-9 months after the first treatment, and for 9-12 months after subsequent treatments.
BIODEGREDATION AND CLASSIFICATION
MMC Pro is biodegradable to EC/OECD standards, contains no bleach or acids, and is non corrosive. MMC Pro, as supplied, is classified Xi, R36/38 under CHIP3. At the minimum dilution rate of 1:4, it has a zero classification. Unlike several well- known brands of exterior disinfectants, MMC Pro is fully HSE and PCS.
